A few time TeamViewer has changed ID’s on me. (Not exactly sure why) But if you can get a command prompt on the machine you can get the ID out using the following query.

Open TeamViewer, then hover over the default random password number. You will see a faint circular arrow to the left of the number (shown below). Go ahead and click this arrow. You should then click 'Set personal password'. You will need to access the Windows desktop of the machine in order to get the TeamViewer number: Look in the system tray (that's the bottom right corner of the Windows desktop, near the clock). If you do not see the icon please click the up arrow to reveal hidden icons. You will find a Blue icon for TeamViewer Host. On the Desktop of the computer, double click on the Teamviewer icon. A window will open and it will show the computer's Teamviewer ID. Or, the second method can be: Click the Windows button located in the bottom left hand of the screen.
